Defective or Damaged Components

All items that are defective on arrival will be replaced at no cost to you. The shipping charges to replace the defective product will be incurred by us. (Certain products such as adjustable bases and air beds are made up of numerous components such as transformers, control panels, air chambers, pumps and more. If one or more of these components are causing the whole bed to not operate, the faulty component will be promptly replaced).
If a component is found to be defective after the In-Home Trial period, the replacement part is covered under the terms of the warranty. You will be responsible for any related costs and the cost of shipping the defective component back to our warehouse. Contact our Customer Service department at 1-800-829-4157 for troubleshooting assistance and if you need to process the replacement order.
We recognize the fact that components may break, become soiled or unusable and may not be covered under the warranty. As long as you own our bed and can provide proof of purchase, you can purchase replacement components. All component sales are final and carry a 1-year Warranty from the purchase date. Product discounts and accessory promotions do not apply to components. Call our Customer Service department for current pricing and to process the component purchase.

Company Policies

Orders cannot be canceled or changed after they have shipped. Customers that refuse to accept an order after it has shipped must be responsible for all shipping charges both to and from Adjustable Beds Center, its agents, or manufacturers. A restocking fee of20% and a $100.00 service fee will be applicable in all such instances. All Cancellations must be sent in writing by fax 800-829-4157 or by e-mail ( Orders Canceled after 48 hours are subject to a $100 Cancellation Fee. Special orders and Custom orders may not be canceled after 48 hours. Also please note that RUSH ORDERS ARE NOT GUARANTEED by a specific date (we will try our best to meet your needs).

Adjustable bed frames and mattresses ship out within five to ten business days.  And takes ten to fifteen business days for delivery.

In the unlikely circumstance your product arrives damaged, it must be reported to the shipping company and Adjustable Beds Center within 48 HRS. (Box damage is sometimes normal & does not always mean the product inside is damaged. Unless you can visibly see damage to the product through the box & plastic, the customer must accept delivery of the product. However, if any item had concealed damage we will immediately replace it). All products are delivered Monday-Friday during standard business hours. Standard Deliveries are Curbside Delivery so please have at least 2 people available to help. White Glove Delivery is an In-Home Delivery & Set Up Service only and does not include any attachment of Head Boards or Side Rail, Moving of Furniture, or Removal of your existing Mattress. Please Note: There may be an additional charge for more than 2 flights of stairs. The Delivery Company and Adjustable Beds Center are not responsible for products that will not fit through doorways/hallways/or anywhere else in your home. Please make sure you measure all areas properly before placing your order with Adjustable Beds Center to insure your product(s) will be able to be delivered. Please inspect the product thoroughly before signing the Proof Of Delivery given to you by the driver. Once the Proof Of Delivery has been signed, it is understood by the Delivery Company and AdjustableBeds.Center LLC that the customer has accepted the product, and has agreed that there is no visible damage.
